We designed our quality system to ensure quality services, product and processes from the first contact to the time of shipment. Certified to AS9100, ETA Global Inc's quality management system provides conformance to standards while allowing us to serve each customer's individual needs. Our assessment of our own performance, vendor performance and continuous improvement initiatives ensure your product arrives as expected.

It is our intent to continually improve every aspect of our organization through measuring and monitoring critical processes and establishing annual objectives.

 

Counterfeit Parts:

In Mid-2012, SAE created AS6174 to broaden the scope of counterfeit product control and apply to a wider range of components. AS6174 seeks to maximize availability of authentic material, ensure the procurement of material from reliable sources, assure authenticity and conformance of procured material, control material identified as counterfeit and report counterfeit material to other potential users and government investigative authorities.

Our procedures are written to ensure the control and authenticity of our product, processes and practices which align with both AS5553 (when applicable) and AS6174.
