etaGLOBAL Announces 2 New Executives

etaGLOBAL, a worldwide distributor of aerospace and defense hardware and consumables, announces
two new executive hires to drive growth and achievement ensuring our ability to support our enterprise
customers with high dedication and collaboration, and to expedite our ongoing shift into a customer-
intimate business.

Jay PluegerJay Plueger, as Chief Innovation Officer, will lead strategic initiatives to further drive revenue growth as
etaGLOBAL continues to successfully execute expansion. This role will define and direct evolving
customer-centric sales and service strategies along with innovative programs that ensure continuous high
customer value and positive customer outcomes.

Jay comes to us from AvidXchange serving as SVP of Corporate Development and Strategic Initiatives
where he has proven his ability to mobilize company initiatives, motivate cross-functional teams, and
implement solutions for complex projects.


Matthew ButcherMatthew Butcher, VP of Supply Solutions, plays a vital role in establishing principles in supply chain
vision and strategy. He will drive the product, sourcing, procurement, supplier relationship and
inventory management roadmap to meet the changing business priorities of our customers.

Matthew is an industry veteran, formerly with ITT Aerospace Control Systems, with more than 15 years
of supply chain definition and strategy execution with a specific focus on customer demand forecasting,
material and capacity planning, and supplier interactions.
