With a proven track record in aerospace supply chain sales, Leiza is recognized throughout the industry for her contributions in account management, strategic sales development, new client acquisition, customer experience, and team leadership.
For more than 25 years, Leiza has led well-accomplished sales and service teams in building and managing high-growth aerospace supply chain companies. Her breadth of industry knowledge and hands-on experience provides a unique skill set that will be fully leveraged in her role with etaGLOBAL.
Most recently, Leiza served as Senior Director of Sales for Boeing Distribution Services, Inc. She and her team supported BDSI’s OEM Engine & Engine Equipment customers, achieving annual revenues exceeding $660 million and earned repeated year-on-year double-digit growth. Prior to this, she served as Senior Director of Sales and Major Programs at KLX Aerospace, Inc., where she managed $400+ million in annual revenue.
Her other experiences include B/E Aerospace and New York Fasteners, where she played a pivotal role in developing, executing, and expanding key sales and service strategies to propel growth and elevate performance. She is a graduate of prestigious Oxford University with a degree in Metallurgy and the Science of Materials.
